Refund policy

While we want everyone to be happy with everything purchased we realize there may be times a return is needed. We have a no refund policy for purchases. If you are not pleased with items received, we will gladly issue a store credit/gift card upon receipt of the returned item(s). Returns must be received within 20 days of the original delivery date.

All sale items are final sale. No refunds or exchanges. No exceptions. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards for any reason. These are considered final sale items.

Exchanges
The fastest and best way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We do not issue refunds for any reason. A store credit/gift card will be issued for future purchases.
